Tuesday's Eats

Breakfast:
   2 servings of Cookie Crisp
   1.5 cups of milk 2%
   1 banana
Lunch:

   half of a chicken breast
   1 serving of steamed broccoli
   1 tablespoons of mayonnaise
   1.5 servings of beef ravioli
   1.5 servings of turkey breast slices
   2 pieces of wheat bread
Dinner:
   half of a chicken breast
   2 fried eggs
   3 servings of steamed white rice
   2 servings of steamed broccoli
   1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Snacks:
   2 cutie clementines
   2 carrots
   1 serving of cheddar cheese
Drinks:
   10 cups of water

Exercise:
   45 minutes of Hips, Buns and Thighs class
   30 minutes of core exercise class
   80 minutes of hard cycling (21 miles)
