Friday's Eats

Breakfast:
   2 cups of Cookie Crisp
   1.5 cups of milk 2 %
   1 banana
Lunch:
   4 pieces of cheese pizza
   2 carrots
   1 serving of mushrooms
Dinner:
   2 servings of tortilla chips
   half a serving of beef nachos
   3 chicken enchiladas
   1 serving of rice
   2 small scoops of raspberry sorbet
Snacks:
   3 servings of wheat crackers
   1 serving of string cheese
Drinks:
   1 pint of Dos Equis Amber
   1 can of ginger ale
   9 cups of water

Exercise:
   1 mile of walking
